The Substitute That Wish Sent For My Item Is Wrong!!
Ordered 8 things online, got 7 right! But the cool pen thingy I wanted (HT100E something something) turned up to be an Office supply which I even don’t know what for... Not what I needed at all! Contacted their customer service to fix it, but they weren't much help. The links they sent to complain were broken, so I couldn't even tell them properly. What really bugged me is they seem more worried about people's ratings than actually helping as that was the only time I could catch their attention. shouldn't happy customers be more important than a good rating? Better asked, don’t you get great ratings when you keep your customers happy?? I think you do, but you won’t as you SUCK!!
