On November 11, I made a $1 to test the PDF Guru service. However, on November 18, I noticed a $50 charge on my card that was made without my knowledge or approval. I did not receive any notification or confirmation regarding this transaction.
The payment was made from my iPhone through the website. As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I canceled the subscription and contacted PDF Guru customer support. However, they responded that a refund could not be issued because more than one week had passed. I also have proof of payment and screenshots to support my case.
I am requesting a full refund for this charge, which I never approved in any way.
