WiserApp Unauthorized Add On Charges Refused Refund By Support

I signed up for WiserApp for three months, but on the same day, I was charged for several extra add-ons that I didn't ask for. Some of these were a monthly infographics add-on and extra eBook sales that I didn't choose or agree to. I called WiserApp right away to let them know that these charges were not approved. That being said, customer service said they don't give refunds, but they didn't offer any probe or explanation. It is not acceptable to refuse to deal with charges that were never approved. This experience shows dishonest billing tactics and really bad customer service. I want the illegal add-ons to be taken off and for WiserApp to make sure that users aren't charged for extra services they didn't agree to.
