WiserApp Subscription Canceled But Recurring Charges Continue
I canceled my WiserApp subscription on December 20, 2025, yet I continue to get charged month after month, even though the service should no longer be active. These recurring charges are unnecessary and unauthorized after cancellation. When I question these costs, customer support never answers, which makes this even more aggravating. Emails and support requests go ignored, and they haven't offered an explanation, a refund, or a remedy, even though I've tried to get in touch with them several times. I want the recurring charges to stop right away, a complete refund for the improper billing, and verifiable proof that my subscription has been stopped for good.
