WiserApp Refuses 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Despite Refund Request

I subscribed to WiserApp because it was clearly advertised with a “14-day money-back guarantee.” After using the app, I realized that the content and functionality were not as described, so I requested a refund well within the stated guarantee period. To my surprise, customer support refused the refund, claiming that their internal policy does not allow it. This directly contradicts their own marketing claim and is extremely misleading. A refund guarantee should be honored as advertised, regardless of hidden or conflicting internal policies. I request a full refund and urge WiserApp to stop using misleading advertising practices.
