On September 30, I used WePDF to edit a PDF file and paid a one-time fee of only $0.50. I expected this to be the end of the transaction. However, just a few days later, on October 3, I was shocked to see that $49 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this charge, I did not sign up for any subscription, and I never agreed to ongoing billing.
When I checked online complaint platforms, I saw that many other users reported experiencing the same issue with WePDF. This shows that unauthorized charges are a recurring problem and not just a one-time mistake. It feels deceptive and completely unacceptable for a company to charge people for services they never subscribed to or used.
I am demanding an immediate refund of the $49 that was taken from my account without permission. I also expect confirmation that no subscription has been created in my name and that no further charges will occur in the future. WePDF must resolve this issue quickly and stop misleading customers with unauthorized billing practices.
