Windsor Air Conditioner Repair Delays Costing My Business

I own a Windsor air conditioner, which experienced a burned-out card issue. The service team came to repair it just one week after the warranty expired. However, upon returning to install the replacement card, they claimed they had missed another problem—the internal card was also burned out.
This oversight has caused my business significant loss as my customers have canceled appointments due to the lack of a functioning air conditioner for over a week. It’s unacceptable that it takes so long to procure a part in today’s day and age. My business cannot afford these delays, and I expect Windsor and Vestel to resolve this issue immediately and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
