Whiteout Survival Restricts Account "saparox" After Approved Apple Refund
I would like to share a grievance I experienced while playing the game Whiteout Survival, which I downloaded onto my iPhone via the App Store. While I allowed my child to use my phone, accidental in-app purchases were made within the game. Following this, I submitted a refund request through my Apple account, which Apple approved and processed back to my account.
However, shortly after the refund was completed, my account was restricted in-game, and an access ban was enforced. Currently, I am unable to perform any actions in the game using my account named "saparox." Whenever I log in, a prompt appears displaying an "access restriction" and demanding that I repurchase the refunded items—worth approximately 1,000 TL—stating that the restriction will remain until the repurchase is completed.
I find it entirely unacceptable that the game developer demands repayment or restricts account access after Apple officially reviewed and approved the refund. I request that this warning prompt be removed and that my access restriction be fully lifted so I can play normally again. I demand that my account "saparox" be restored to its former active status without being forced to repurchase the ~1,000 TL worth of refunded items.
