I tried to buy an item in Whiteout Survival, even though both mobile payment and credit/debit card options were disabled on my phone. I had completely forgotten that I had turned them off, so when the purchase went through, I was shocked.

At first, I assumed maybe mobile payment was still active by mistake and didn’t think too much of it. But a few hours later, when I linked my bank card to my account, I saw that the game had charged me again—this time directly from my bank account. That’s when it crossed the line.

This is a serious breach of trust. How can a payment go through when both payment options were supposed to be disabled? How is this even possible? Now I’m left wondering if any of my information is safe in this game.

Whiteout Survival, I’m asking you to clearly explain how this happened and ensure it doesn’t happen again. This situation has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and insecure using your platform. Fix it and restore player trust.
