I Face Whiteout Survival Charging My Account Without Consent And No Support Access

On August 10, 2025, a payment of ₺1,997 was made in the Whiteout Survival game on the Android platform. This transaction was carried out without my knowledge, by one of my family members. The payment was made through Google Play, and I submitted a refund request via Google Play as well. In my request, I clearly explained the situation, stating that the transaction was made without my consent, but my refund request was denied.
