I am writing this complaint regarding an unfair situation I experienced two days ago in the Whiteout Survival mobile game. A group of players in my state began targeting me, repeatedly attacking me and using insulting and offensive language. I was forced to defend myself and responded to them verbally.
After this, those players reported me, and my account was given a 9999-day chat ban. Despite being subjected to prolonged harassment and insults, I have no information on whether any action was taken against those players. At the time, I was not aware of how to properly report users within the game, so I was unable to take steps to protect myself.
My in-game ID is 5750*03**. I request that the duration of this penalty be reduced to a reasonable level or removed entirely if possible. I also ask that the chat logs be reviewed carefully, including the insulting messages directed at me, and that a fair and balanced evaluation be made.
