WhatGeek Ajazz AK870 Wireless Keyboard Connectivity Issues
bought the Ajazz AK870 Tri-Mode Wireless Mechanical Keyboard from WhatGeek, but I've been having trouble connecting it to my devices, been a few days since I got it, and no matter how many times I've tried, just can't seem to figure out what the problem is. already reached out to WhatGeek's customer service for assistance, but it seems like they're just as confused as I am. the solution they said doesn't seem to be effective, contacted some individuals on nomad forums who typically have a good understanding of these types of technical problems, regrettably, their suggestions were of no use either. it won't even connect to my latest model Mac, even though it's supposed to switch between multiple devices effortlessly, tried lots of troubleshooting steps, making sure the keyboard is fully charged, resetting it, and carefully following the pairing instructions, also experimented with various connection modes, every time I try to connect them, the devices just can't seem to detect the keyboard. picked it as it claimed to effortlessly switch between devices, which is super important for my workflow. If anyone has had similar experiences or knows of a solution, would really appreciate your advice.
