Logitech MX Mini Keyboard Keeps Disconnecting and Won’t Reconnect

I recently purchased the Logitech MX Mini keyboard, but it constantly disconnects and won’t reconnect. I’ve tried everything to fix the issue, but nothing works, and I have no idea who can help me with this problem. It’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to use the product I paid for, and I feel like I have no one to turn to for support. This situation is beyond annoying, and it feels like a joke at this point. If anyone has experienced this issue before and found a solution, please help! I’m really disappointed with the lack of proper customer service for this product.
