Issues With My AKKO Cable From WhatGeek

I'm writing about the AKKO Custom Coiled Aviator Cable V2 in Black Pink that I got from you recently, it looked awesome online, with the bigger coil and the new colorway, but things haven't been quite right since it arrived. the coil keeps losing its shape and getting tangled all the time. kind of annoying to use. Also, the connector things keep popping loose! It happens all the time, the keyboard cut out in the middle of something, another issue is the cool pink that drew me in is already starting to fade after just a few weeks. was hoping for something that would last a bit longer and add some style to my setup, honestly, this cable just isn't what I expected based on the description and your brand's reputation. Hopefully I'll hear back from you soon, or else I'll say money down the drain and make my peace with it.
