Pandora Sparkling Infinity Stud Earrings With Broken Clutch Return Issue
The Sparkling Infinity Stud Earrings that I recently bought kind of not staying on my ears, when I wear the earrings, they don't seem to stay in place very well which is basically only pretty important job for earrings! Tried it a few times on my own, and of course called your customer service team, and they were very helpful in showing me how to return them. I did what they said and sent the earrings back, but I haven't heard anything back yet. They said these earrings are a popular choice because they represent a special kind of love and have pretty cubic zirconia stones in them but it’d have been great if they gave us the chance to wear them as well. Please, get me a new pair or let me know what's going on with my return…better a return actually.
