I’ve purchased many items from Victoria's Secret, including some from the Pink line, but I hadn’t used most of them yet. Recently, I wore one for the first time, and to my shock, it tore in a very absurd way. I’ve never experienced something like this with any other lingerie brand. At first, I wondered if I missed something or if I was at fault, but after closely inspecting the item, it’s clear there’s a fabric defect. The material is visibly worn at the seams. I’m incredibly disappointed and expect Victoria’s Secret to take responsibility and offer a replacement or refund. This is unacceptable quality for such a reputable brand.
