WeTransfer Subscription Renewal Happened Without Proper Notification

The WeTransfer application subscribed me through my iPhone without any clear approval or transparent information being provided to me. Later, the application renewed the subscription against my wishes and made an unfair charge from my account. On January 25, approximately $14 was charged through the account associated with my Apple ID for a service that I neither used nor intentionally chose to purchase. This transaction was made through my account referenced as MLJVQGV85N.
The fact that my refund requests submitted through the App Store were rejected twice without any reasonable explanation has made my situation even more frustrating. Charging users for a service that was either not actively used or not knowingly accepted, while also creating significant difficulty during the refund process, is not acceptable behavior for a professional platform.
I request that my situation be resolved urgently, that my subscription be canceled immediately, and that the approximately $14 charged unfairly from my account be fully refunded to me. Otherwise, I would like to formally state that I will continue pursuing my consumer rights through all available legal channels.
