WeTransfer Needs to Refund My Excess Subscription Payments

I purchased a one-week subscription for WeTransfer through the Apple App Store. However, even though I only approved and intended to use the service for one week, a total of approximately $69 was unfairly charged from my account between January 5 and February 2.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Apple regarding the unauthorized charges. Apple informed me that the refund should be handled directly by WeTransfer and redirected responsibility to them. Despite this, no refund has been issued for the amounts charged, and I am still experiencing financial inconvenience because of these ongoing deductions.
As a user who only approved a one-week subscription, I request a full refund of the total approximately $69 withdrawn from my account between January 5 and February 2. I kindly ask that the related payments be investigated and that my situation be resolved as soon as possible.
