I have been playing WePlay on my Android Poco C65 device with account number 897437. Since I started the game, the Wheel feature has always been locked on my account. Over time, I purchased a total of 13,200 gold—₺569 for 10,000 gold and ₺40 for the remaining 3,200 gold. On 2025-08-05, after loading enough gold, I submitted a support ticket through the system to request activation of this feature.
Initially, I was told the wheel was closed for everyone and would be unlocked in future updates. However, shortly afterward, I noticed that all other players had access to the wheel, while my account still remained locked. I have now been waiting for nearly a week without any response to my latest support request.
I have not committed any rule violations, apart from a single short 2-hour ban. My account has no restrictions or warnings. I am asking WePlay to enable the Wheel feature on my account just like it is for other players, so I can enjoy the same gameplay experience I paid for. I expect this issue to be fixed immediately and my investment of time and money to be respected.
