I Can’t Access the WePlay Lucky Wheel on My Account


I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of access to the Lucky Wheel feature on my WePlay account (ID: 87434253). While other users can use this feature freely, my account still doesn’t have it. What’s the reason for this? Do I need to deposit a large amount of money just to unlock something that others get automatically?
I’ve already contacted the admins multiple times and even reached out on Instagram—no response whatsoever. When I do manage to speak to a support rep, they either give no useful explanation or talk in a rude and dismissive tone. This is not how a platform should treat its users.
All I’m asking is for fairness. I want the Lucky Wheel feature to be activated on my account like it is for everyone else. I’ve spent time and money here, and I deserve access to the same features. Please resolve this issue promptly and treat your users with the respect they deserve.
