WePlay Wrongfully Applied Device Ban on My Account Without Any Violation

On August 22, 2025, while playing an online game through WePlay, my account suddenly received a device ban even though I had not committed any rule violation. I was in the process of improving and upgrading my account, and there was absolutely no cheating, inappropriate behavior, or suspicious activity involved. Despite this, I was unfairly banned, and now I am completely blocked from accessing my game.

I submitted feedback through WePlay’s support section, but I have not received any reply so far. My account ID is 94734891. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem, and I had no issues with my account before this incident. In addition, I had previously spent ₺40 to purchase 600 gold within the game.

I am demanding that this unjustified device ban be lifted immediately and that my access to my account be restored. WePlay must stop penalizing users without evidence and provide fair resolutions when loyal players report these issues.
