I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on WePlay, and yet I can’t even access the Wheel (Dönme Dolap) feature. This is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to open it—nothing happens. This is my account, I’ve made purchases, and the platform has taken my money, but the feature I paid for doesn’t work.

I’ve tried multiple times, waited, refreshed the page—still no result. I don’t understand why it won’t open or what the issue is. There’s no warning, error message, or explanation. It just doesn’t open. I feel completely ignored and cheated as a customer.

If I’m spending my hard-earned ₺ on this platform, I expect the features to work as promised. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. I’m filing this complaint publicly so WePlay understands the urgency. I want the Wheel to be opened on my account or a refund provided for the money I wasted. I demand a clear answer and a fix now.
