WePlay Spin Wheel Feature Missing on My Account

I use the WePlay app on my Redmi device, and since the moment I created my account, the “spin wheel” feature has never been visible or active. This is frustrating because I know that other players can access this feature to earn in-game currency, while I cannot. Currently, my in-game balance is very low, and I would like to benefit from this opportunity.

My account is registered with the email: [email protected]. I am running the app on the latest version, and I have confirmed that the spin wheel is available for other users around me. That makes it clear that this problem is specific to my account.

I already contacted WePlay customer service, but I have not received any response. I request that the spin wheel feature be activated for my account immediately and that my inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
