Although I have loaded approximately 300,000 coins into my Weplay account (ID: 28918241), the spin wheel feature has not been active for a long time. I have tried repeatedly to access it, but it simply does not work, even though there are no warnings or restrictions on my account. I contacted customer service about this issue, but they did not provide any solution, and the feature still remains inaccessible. Not being able to use the spin wheel despite investing such a high amount of coins is unfair and has caused serious frustration. I am requesting that this problem be resolved immediately and that the spin wheel feature be restored on my account without further delay.
