WePlay locked my account without warning or explanation, how can I unlock it and recover access?

WePlay often locks accounts quickly for safety or policy reasons, but they have to give people a way to get back in.

To get back in, go to their official help or recovery page and click on the "Forgot password" link. Then, use the email address you used to sign up with as the password.

If you were banned or temporarily locked out of your account for no reason, you should get your account ID, purchase history, login method (email, social login, phone number), and any screenshots of error messages together.

Then, send a specific request through WePlay's support or FAQ channel.

A lot of users say they can't get in after their verification code didn't work or their device was banned.

If this happens to you, go to your support ticket and ask for a personal review of your account or the re-linking of your phone number.

If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.

My ID and WePlay account have been banned. Please help me unban my ID and WePlay account.

My account has received a device ban, and I am requesting assistance for this issue. You cannot claim that such a situation occurred without any reason. I request that this matter be investigated further and not prolonged unnecessarily. Otherwise, I will have to file an official complaint. I understand that certain measures may sometimes be necessary; however, encountering such a situation without any clear issue is not acceptable.
