Wchapp Unwanted Subscription – Request Cancellation and Refund

Through this complaint I would like to request the cancellation of my WCHAPP subscription, as it does not benefit me in any way and I am not using the service. I have been paying for this subscription for about one month. As shown in the attached bank transaction, I was charged 29.99 € through WCHAPP.COM* for this period. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my WCHAPP subscription and a refund of the 29.99 € that was charged for this month, since the service is not useful for me. I would appreciate it if my subscription is cancelled as soon as possible and if written confirmation of the cancellation and refund is sent to me.
