Please Cancel Wchapp Subscription!

I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges taken by Wchapp for watch faces, even though I intended and understood it to be a one‑time payment only. About a month ago, and again today, an amount of 29.99 USD was charged to my credit card. One of the transactions is shown on my statement as “MC W EUR 545258******4459 PŁATNOŚĆ KARTĄ 29.99 USD 29.99 USD”. I did not knowingly agree to any recurring subscription; my understanding at the time of purchase was that I was making a single, one‑time payment for watch faces. After noticing these charges, I went into my account and canceled the subscription, and I am now waiting and hoping that it is really canceled. I am very dissatisfied that a subscription was activated and charged without my clear consent or awareness. I request a full refund of both 29.99 USD charges and written confirmation that my subscription has been completely canceled and that no further payments will be taken from my card.
