Wchapp Unauthorized Charges Without Any Account

For the past five months, your company, listed on my statements as WCHAPP.COM-BT1C, has been taking money from my Australian bank account without any authorisation or any existing subscription. I have never created an account on your website, never started a trial, and never signed up for any service connected to your platform. These are not mistaken subscription renewals or a billing error; this is theft. The unauthorized charges, all in AUD, started in March 2026 and have appeared on a monthly basis under the descriptor WCHAPP.COM-BT1C with completely inconsistent and erratic amounts. The transactions visible on my bank statements are as follows: on 5 March 2026 there were two charges of 1.42 AUD and 8.63 AUD, on 12 March 2026 a charge of 42.53 AUD, on 19 April 2026 a charge of 41.94 AUD, on 11 May 2026 a charge of 41.66 AUD, on 10 June 2026 a charge of 42.75 AUD, and there is currently a pending transaction of 21.71 AUD. In total, 201.64 AUD has been taken from my account across seven unauthorized transactions, despite the fact that I have never used, registered for, or agreed to any service from you. Because of the clear pattern of unauthorized and irregular debits, I have treated this as a cyber fraud matter and taken full legal and financial action. I have lodged formal fraud reports with the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), Scamwatch, and relevant cybercrime units of the Victorian Government. I have also reported this fraud to my bank, blocked my card to prevent any further misuse, and raised disputes and chargebacks for each individual transaction that has been taken from my account. As a result, your merchant activity is now flagged with major Australian scam prevention and cyber enforcement entities. Given these facts, I demand an immediate full refund of the entire amount of 201.64 AUD and the immediate and permanent cancellation of any present or future charges related to my card or any profile that may have been created in my name or using my details. I am also explicitly demanding a comprehensive written explanation from your company, not an automated template response. I want you to clearly explain why charges were processed against my account when I have never registered with you, never used your services, and never consented to any payment, and how you obtained and used my private card details without my knowledge or authorisation. I insist that this matter be escalated to a responsible manager, that all current and pending transactions be reversed without delay, and that I receive a clear written response addressing each of the points above. If this is not resolved promptly with a full refund, cancellation of all charges, and a proper explanation, I will continue to pursue all available regulatory, legal, and financial avenues against your merchant account and any associated entities.
