I Want To Cancel Wchapp Subscription
I had a subscription with Wchapp, which I cancelled on 05/10/2026. Despite this cancellation, I noticed that I was still charged once afterward via my credit card, and my subscription fees continued to be taken as if the service were still active. Following this, I contacted my bank/credit card provider, but I was told to contact Wchapp again regarding the matter. I find it unacceptable that I am being charged after cancelling and that I have not been provided with a clear solution. I request that my Wchapp subscription be fully cancelled, that no further charges be made to my credit card, and that the amount charged after 05/10/2026 be refunded to me as soon as possible.
