Watsons Uses Deceptive Packaging and Doesn't Accept Returns

I just bought the Frudia Pomegranate Honey Moisturizing Lip Balm from Watsons. The lip balm said it was made from red fruits, pomegranate, and honey, and had a red cap. But when I tried it, I was surprised to find that it tasted strongly like mint. Plus, the packaging didn't have any clear markings or the usual green color that usually means mint. This could be risky for people with allergies. It looks like Watsons might have changed the packaging of their mint-flavored lip balm, which could be confusing for customers regarding what's inside the product. The problem gets worse because Watsons won't take returns. They say we have to give them a code for their system, but their customer service isn't any help either. This situation clearly violates consumer rights. Watsons needs to step up and take responsibility for their misleading packaging. They should make sure they respect their customers' rights by accepting returns without any unnecessary obstacles.
