On 12/10/2023, I placed an order (Order No: 0096503886) for the vitamin C serum on your online shopping site. After MNG Cargo handled the shipment, I emailed you regarding my request for a refund. It has been 23 days since you assured me that returns were processed within 14 days. Even if there is an issue with the shipment tracking, you provided a return code in the previous emails, confirming the product was defective. Now, after dealing with the return of the faulty product, I am struggling to obtain a refund. I prefer not to resort to the Consumer Arbitration Board and believe resolving this matter will contribute to maintaining reliable customer satisfaction.
