Hi, my parcel with tracking number 239503236535 is marked as delivered by Sendeo Cargo on 06/11/2023 at 23:59. However, I haven't received any package, and I did not accept any delivery. I have contacted the cargo company, and they assured me that they are looking into it and will get back to me, but so far, there has been no response or resolution. The items I ordered are currently missing. I'm eagerly awaiting your response regarding this matter.
