Watsons Skincare Serum Order Canceled, Items Still on Sale

On November 9, there was a discount on skincare serums. I placed an online order with in-store delivery, which was initially approved. However, I later received notice that my order was canceled. This baffles me because when I checked on that day, three serums were available, and five days later, other branches still had stock. Today, I checked again, and they claim to have only two serums in stock, with one sold out, yet it's available at a nearby branch. It's absurd that they cancel orders when the item is on sale and available elsewhere. I will share this experience widely, demanding an end to this unjust treatment.
