Watsons Order Nightmare: Two Serums Arrived Shattered
I'm deeply disappointed to share my recent experience with a Watsons order placed on November 2nd. Out of the three products I ordered, both The Purest Solutions Spot Corrector Serum 30 ml and The Purest Solutions Restorative Retinol Serum 30 ml arrived completely shattered. The anticipation of receiving quality skincare turned into frustration as I unpacked these damaged items. The fragility of the serums has not only compromised the products but also left me seeking an urgent remedy for this delivery mishap. I trust that Watsons will promptly address and rectify this situation, ensuring a swift resolution to restore my faith in their service.

Watsons said they would send 2 discount coupons in exchange for the products that arrived broken from the shipment. The coupons arrived, but I can't use both for the same purchase. I specifically asked if I could use both coupons at the same time, and I was told that I could. But I can't.
