On November 8, 2025, I experienced serious issues with my order #0306570376 placed through the Watsons Mobile App. One Clear shampoo in my order arrived completely spilled, and two Dalin colognes were sent without caps. Additionally, three packs of Orkid Platinum 20s were missing from the delivery. The spilled shampoo and uncapped colognes are entirely unusable. The total value of the order was ₺450, and this situation has left me quite disappointed. It’s the first time I’ve faced such a problem, and receiving damaged and incomplete products was very frustrating. I request that the missing and unusable items be replaced with new ones or that I receive a full refund. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
