On September 18, 2023, I ordered a product from the Watsons website. I chose the "click & collect" option, expecting to pick up the item immediately from the Watsons store in Edirne Keşan's Bendis Shopping Mall. When I went to the store after ordering the product online, they informed me that the "click & collect" service was currently unavailable. They refused to give the product to me. They suggested I contact customer service to cancel the order. We called but were put on hold and were unable to connect. They said, "You'll get through quickly if you become an elite member." However, I received an email stating that the product had been delivered, which I did not receive. So, my question is whether non-elite members have access to customer service. The entire experience left me frustrated and perplexed.
