Watsons Neglects My Shipment – Suspicious Handling and Overcharging


I'm facing a concerning issue with Watsons regarding my package. They seem to be returning my ordered items, assuming I'm not at home. I suspect that some of the products might have been damaged or tampered with during this process. It's impossible for me not to be home, but they haven't made any effort to inquire or confirm. To make matters worse, they resell the returned items at a 60 TL markup, which I find unfair. When it comes to compensating me, they offer an 80 TL voucher, claiming it's the only solution. I simply want my items back, as the courier company suggests. However, the sender company insists that returning the products isn't possible. It's frustrating that no one is willing to provide assistance, and my shipment seems to be lost. I feel deceived by this experience.
