I was disappointed to find that the Revolution Bronzer that I ordered from the Watsons website had arrived in shattered pieces when it arrived recently. Because the packaging was in such a sorry state, the bronzer had been reduced to a powdery consistency. In an effort to find a solution, I immediately followed the instructions for damaged packages and contacted them via email about the return, but I have heard nothing from them since July 14 regarding the matter. Their return policy allows for a period of 14 days beginning after the delivery of the item, but they have not responded to any of my inquiries in the past 5 days. Simply put, I want my money back!
