My Watson's Package Was Returned Before It Could Get to Me
I recently purchased a serum and hair mask at a significant discount from Watsons. I was pleased that it was shipped the same day. My excitement quickly turned to surprise when I saw that they had handed over my parcel to an unknown courier named Sendeo. I received a delivery confirmation, but the package did not arrive on the scheduled date. Days passed with no sign of my order. I eventually discovered that they had decided to return it without notice or permission. Worst of all? During the purchase, I used my points and received discounts. When I contacted Watsons customer service, they promised a refund but stated that it would take 7-14 days! Are they serious? This has been a total disaster, and they are still causing me grief despite ruining my shopping experience.
Progress
I had previously written that they returned my cargo, and now they are not refunding my money. I don't understand, do things not progress with you unless I file a complaint somewhere? Do I have to complain for you to understand? The Watsons brand not only returned my cargo and left me aggrieved, but also has not refunded my money for 7 days. When I called customer service, they told me that the refund process started on August 5th. Is customer satisfaction that difficult? Apparently, it's nowhere in your priorities. I will complain about you until you refund my money. Don't call me unnecessarily and disturb me. I won't answer; I'm fed up with your empty words.
