Watch Station Sent New But Defective Armani Watch to Repairs, No Exchange
On April 2nd, I purchased an Armani from Watch Station, receiving the watch, it just didn't work, changed the batteries, waited a few days thinking it might be a technical issues, the watch continued to be non-functional, like nothing moved in it. naturally, I reached out to Watch Station, instead of providing a substitute for the faulty product, I was told that the only choice was to send the watch for repairs. Although I reluctantly agreed to this course of action, the lack of consideration for my inconvenience and dissatisfaction as a customer was noted, after an endless wait, the watch was finally returned to me, supposedly repaired with a new mechanism yet the problem continued - the watch is still not functioning, bought a new watch but stuck with this piece of metal that is of no use, what do you expect from me bounce it back to you? How long is this going to take??
