Swarovski Offers Faulty Necklace, Unreasonable Replacement Cost, Uninformed Staff

3 months ago, the necklace set we bought from Swarovski brand was accepted as faulty by the center and store personnel, but they demanded a serious extra figure for the same product to be replaced, they were called by the central unit and declared that they could not do anything else and left us alone with the problem. The fact that both the store and the headquarters staff are not informed about the issue, such an amateur, such an indifferent approach is not a situation worthy of any company. They admit that the product is faulty, but they force us to buy either a different product or the same product with a different price. Although they do not specify the faults that may be in this product while buying it, they manipulate it with empty words such as "we told you". It is another absurdity to leave the product for 2 months and say that it will get better with a little use, and then to say that we no longer produce this product.
