War Thunder Mobile Removes Tank and Ship After One Battle

While playing War Thunder Mobile, I won a ship from the mid-tier crates using the 100-paper-step system. I had previously won a tank through the same system as well. However, after allowing me to use the ship for only one battle, the game took it back from me. The exact same thing happened with the tank. Giving players these rewards, allowing them to use them for only a single round, and then removing them afterward seems misleading and unfair to me and leaves the player at a disadvantage.

Although I did not spend any real money during this process, I invested my time and effort in the game to earn these rewards. Despite this, having both the tank and the ship I won removed from my account completely ruined my enjoyment of the game and made me feel as though I had been misled.

I request that Gaijin permanently restore the tank and ship I earned to my War Thunder Mobile account. I also request that the game's reward and crate systems be made clearer and more transparent so that players are not misled about whether rewards they win are permanent or only available for limited use.
