I was suddenly hit with a 1-day ranked ban on Critical Ops, even though I hadn’t done anything wrong and hadn’t even played the game recently. There was absolutely no warning, no explanation, and certainly no misconduct from my side. This is extremely frustrating and unfair, especially for someone who plays by the rules.
I attached a screenshot as proof showing the ban. I expect the developers to review this issue immediately and lift the ban. I shouldn’t be penalized for something I didn’t do. This is not the first time I’ve seen others report similar problems, which raises serious concerns about the reliability of the ranking and ban system in this game.
Please fix this error as soon as possible. I want to play fairly and competitively without being randomly blocked from ranked mode. I’m asking Critical Ops support to investigate my case and restore my access immediately.
