In my Free Fire account (ID: 1565987278), I received an unjust penalty about nine days ago because of a teammate’s actions, not mine. I have never used cheats nor intentionally played with cheaters. In fact, I even reported suspicious players, yet the punishment was applied to me instead.
I have spent a total of ₺100,000 on this account and invested a lot of time and effort. Despite this, I was restricted from joining team modes without any valid reason or explanation.
When I contacted customer support, I only received repeated automated responses and no actual assistance. Although I can still log into my account, I am unable to join teams, and I was told the penalty would last for one month. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue.
I request that this unjust penalty be lifted and my account be thoroughly reviewed. I have been wrongfully penalized, and I sincerely ask that my account be restored so I can play normally again.
