Wander Prints Personalized Plaque Came With Spelling Errors And Dents

this gift was supposed to be awesome, got this personalized plaque for my friends, gave clear instrucitons as they asked me, when I got it saw their names were spelled wrong and everything! banged up and dented from shipping. My husband, bless his heart, tried to bend it back into shape, but there were still some marks.my friends’ thing is happening soon! No time to send it back and get another one. So, I'm hoping the whole "rustic" vibe will somehow hide the dents. Even if I’ll be able to somehow make them happy, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I was expecting a smooth order from such a creative company, you could’ve fashioned a nice packaging too.
