GAP Sent My Gift with a Misplaced Note – Poor Customer Service

I ordered a gift from GAP for a friend, expecting professional packaging, but the gift note was placed incorrectly and looked sloppy. How could the person handling the packaging not notice this mistake? For a world-renowned brand, this level of carelessness is disappointing.
When I contacted GAP customer service, I was met with an indifferent and unhelpful attitude. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, they dismissed my concern, which only made the experience more frustrating.
If GAP truly values customer satisfaction, they need to improve their packaging process and train their support team to handle concerns more professionally. I expected better from a brand of this scale!
