Swarovski Ruined My Gift by Failing to Deliver on Time

The product I ordered on June 17th as a birthday gift for my girlfriend has still not been delivered. I could never have imagined I would be subjected to such a distressing experience throughout this delivery process. First, I was let down by the courier company, the delivery date kept getting postponed again and again. When I contacted Swarovski, they informed me that the product was damaged beyond delivery and would be returned. When I asked for an explanation of how a simple bracelet could be so severely damaged, I received a call from Ms. K*** at Swarovski on Thursday. In an almost mocking tone, she told me that her colleague had made a mistake and requested two more days, assuring me the product would be delivered. Then on Saturday, the courier company told me the item had been returned. I have personally witnessed how incompetent this company is, unable to deliver even a single package. Had I ordered from Trendyol, my product would have arrived within two days without all this hassle. I deeply regret placing an order with a brand I thought I could trust. Throughout this entire ordeal, I have been utterly disappointed by everyone I interacted with, including the brand itself. Each person told me something completely different, clearly unaware of what their colleagues had said. I am beyond tired of dealing with these people. Not only will I never place an order again, I won’t even so much as walk past one of their stores. Swarovski has proven to be a huge disappointment and a complete regret for me. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. If you’d like to pay money just to be humiliated and frustrated, then by all means, go ahead.
