I Received a Defective Clinique Face Wash Bottle That Looks Poorly Printed and Suspicious

I ordered a face cleansing gel from Clinique and was disappointed the moment it arrived. The product’s label was crooked, poorly printed, and looked unprofessional. When we’re paying high prices for such small items, the very least we expect is proper quality control. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue with Clinique either—despite liking their products, I constantly run into similar problems.

Each time, I end up having to deal with return processes, wasting time and energy for something that should be handled correctly before shipping. When a product arrives looking this poorly manufactured, it makes me question whether it's even genuine.

Clinique, if you care about your brand image and customer satisfaction, please ensure quality checks are done properly before sending out products. I expect either a replacement or a full refund—and above all, I want assurance that what I’m receiving is authentic and not a careless packaging job.
