I'm having some trouble with my Baby Monitor Smart WiFi with Camera & 7-inch screen. It seems to have a sound issue and isn't working properly when it comes to alerts. I bought it 14 months ago, and lately, the battery has been losing charge at a rapid rate. It's quite frustrating that the device broke just 2 months after the warranty expired. It seems likely that the issue is due to production or low-quality materials. It's quite disappointing that $160 has been squandered in a mere 14 months. I was told by a customer service representative that I would have to pay for the repair since the warranty has expired. They suggested that it would be more practical to purchase a new one instead. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. These devices are quite costly and it is reasonable to expect them to have a longer lifespan without frequent breakdowns.
