Weewell Is Not Repairing My Baby Monitor Under Warranty

I purchased a baby monitor from Weewell. While the device was still under warranty, the charging port began to have connection issues, and eventually, I could no longer charge the device. I rely on the monitor at night to hear my baby and respond accordingly. I sent it in for repair on July 11. Since then, I have followed up by phone four times. Still, I have no information on when or whether the device will be repaired, or what the current status is. When I asked the representative during one of the calls what I should do, I was simply told that “they will contact you if they can repair it”—but I was not offered any alternative solution. It is very disappointing that such a good device has such poor service in terms of speed, communication, and information. Even though I was very satisfied with the product itself, due to this poor after-sales service experience, I will not be purchasing from this company again. The reason I'm writing this is, firstly, to urge the repair of my device and its prompt return, and secondly, to inform others following this platform about the lack of service and communication.
